Who We Are

We don't hand over machines. We stand beside them.

Since day one in Bangalore, every Thirumala machine has been commissioned, calibrated and serviced by the same engineers who recommended it — that is the whole business model.

Our Story

From one CO2 machine to a nationwide install base.

We began in Bangalore supplying CO2 engraving and marking systems to signage and fabrication workshops. What set the business apart was never the price list — it was the fact that our founder personally commissioned every machine and answered every service call himself.

As fiber laser technology matured, our customers grew with it. Today we supply high-power metal cutting systems, CNC press brakes, tube lasers, handheld welders and marking stations, backed by an in-house service division holding critical spares in Bangalore.

We do not sell machines by catalogue. We ask what you make, how much of it, and to what tolerance — then recommend the configuration that returns your investment fastest. The sale is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of it.

“A machine is only worth what it makes on a Monday morning three years in. My job is to make sure every machine we sell is still earning its keep long after the invoice is forgotten.”

What Drives Us

Principles you can hold us to.

Three commitments that shape every recommendation, every installation and every service call.

Mission

Put world-class laser manufacturing capability within reach of every Indian fabricator, with support that never leaves them stranded.

Vision

To be the most trusted laser machinery partner in South India — measured not by units sold, but by machines still running at day-one performance.

Core Values

Honest technical advice, transparent pricing, disciplined installation, and a service commitment that outlives the warranty period.

How We Work

Five steps from first call to first part.

One team owns the whole journey — there is no handoff between sales, installation and service.

  1. Consult

We study your parts, materials and volumes — then tell you honestly whether laser is the right route.

  2. Demonstrate

Live cutting demo using your own material. You see cycle time, edge quality and cost per part before you commit.

  3. Configure

Power, bed size, automation and tooling finalised around your real production, not a brochure.

  4. Install

Foundation, commissioning and operator training handled end to end by our own engineers at your site.

  5. Support

Priority service, spares held in Bangalore and annual maintenance — for as long as you run the machine.

Our Promise

The standards we refuse to lower.

These are not slogans. They are the four checks every customer is welcome to verify against, before they sign and long after.

  • An engineer — not a salesperson — answers your first enquiry.
  • Your own material is cut on the demo, not a sample piece.
  • Spares for critical components are stocked in Bangalore.
  • Service response is measured in hours, not weeks.
